Ultra-Luxury Villa Experience Manager

This role is ideal for someone with a background in luxury real estate, hospitality, or high-value client engagement. You will serve as a personal advisor to potential villa buyers, offering a bespoke experience through detailed walkthroughs, immersive site visits, and ongoing support throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome, attend, and engage with clients visiting our premium villas
• Understand client needs and guide them to suitable offerings within our premium villa projects
• Present detailed project information including layout, floor plans, pricing, amenities, and USPs
• Explain the eco-sustainability aspects and community features that make Pragati villas unique
• Conduct well-organized, professional site visits that highlight the projects features
• Build trust through responsive communication, empathy, and product knowledge
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and interest levels
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, CRM) to ensure timely information sharing
• Assist in documentation and pre-sales process wherever needed
• Ensure that every client interaction leaves a strong positive impression of Pragati Groups

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3 to 10 years of experience in customer service, client relationship, hospitality, or premium/luxury sales (real estate or related)
• Ability to handle high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) with professionalism
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of Telugu and/or Hindi is a plus
• Presentable, confident, and self-motivated with a pleasing personality
• Willingness to work weekends (with weekday off) as per real estate schedules
• Strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM tools or real estate processes is an added advantage
