We are seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead our digital commerce strategy and execution at [Pragati Bio Pharma]. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our online sales channels, enhancing customer experience, and driving revenue growth through data-driven decision-making and innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive ecommerce strategies that align with the overall business objectives of (Pragati Bio Pharma)
• Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize the user journey and increase conversion rates
• Lead cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and operations, to execute ecommerce initiatives effectively
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic and engagement
• Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks to measure ecommerce success and inform future strategies
• Continuously evaluate and enhance the ecommerce platform and technologies to improve user experience and operational efficiency

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• 7+ years of experience in ecommerce management or digital marketing
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through online channels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop cross-functional teams

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

• Deep understanding of ecommerce metrics, analytics, and reporting
• Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
