As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. Your responsibilities will include reviewing a large number of resumes, sourcing candidates through various channels such as job fairs, seminars, and cold calling, and screening resumes based on the client's job description. You will conduct interviews to assess candidates" qualifications and skills before recommending them to the hiring manager. Additionally, you will coordinate interviews with senior management and ensure adherence to the organization's recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a bachelor's degree in any stream and possess strong oral and written English communication skills. Junior candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. As part of the onboarding process, you will undergo a 13-week training program that includes classroom training and on-the-job training to familiarize yourself with the recruitment processes. This position follows two different shifts: UK Shift (12:30 PM to 10:00 PM/1:30 PM to 11:00 PM) and US Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM/7:30 PM to 4:30 AM) with 5 working days per week. It is important to note that this is a 100% on-site role based in our Ahmedabad Office.
