Job Description

We are looking for a skilled UKG Pro WFM Kronos Dimensions Techno-Functional Consultant with 6 to 11 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, specifically in the areas of techno-functional consulting and workforce management.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions using UKG Pro WFM Kronos Dimensions.
Design and implement effective workforce management systems to improve productivity and efficiency.
Provide technical expertise and support for UKG Pro WFM Kronos Dimensions implementations.
Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations and user manuals.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UKG Pro WFM Kronos Dimensions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of IT Services & Consulting industry trends and technologies.
Experience working with UKG Pro WFM Kronos Dimensions is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with workforce management principles and practices.
