The ideal candidate should be adept at identifying top-tier talent for senior roles while being flexible and open to handling mid-level hiring assignments as business needs evolve. This role is pivotal in strengthening our global talent acquisition capabilities, especially for our UK-based client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership roles across functions and industries. Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define role requirements. Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates. Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative methods. ¢ ¢ Facilitate interviews, feedback coordination, and offer negotiations. Take ownership of mid-level hiring when leadership mandates are limited, ensuring consistent productivity. ¢ Maintain recruitment reports and regularly update stakeholders on progress.

Requirements:
¢ 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on UK and Europe markets and leadership hiring. ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Ability to communicate with CXO level candidates. Knowledge of various industries and verticals. Exposure to mid-level hiring will be a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects. Familiarity with UK compliance, sourcing tools, and hiring norms is advantageous.
