We're Hiring for Account Manager - UK Voice process
Location: On-site (Chennai) - T. Nagar
Shift: 1 PM to 10 PM IST / 2 PM to 11 PM IST

As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in our customer support team, acting as the primary
point of contact for our customers. You'll be responsible for managing relationships, ensuring smooth
communication, and providing top-notch support.
International Voice Process
We're looking for candidates with experience in international customer support and voice processes.
You'll be:
Assisting customers via phone, ensuring their concerns are addressed professionally.
Raising support tickets and monitoring work orders to completion.
Collaborating with teams across the company to provide excellent customer service.
Learning and growing within the world of PropTech, with ample opportunities for career
advancement.
What Were Looking For:
Experience in international voice processes and SaaS-based customer support (preferably UK).
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and processes.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and meeting performance goals.
