Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for IT roles across the UK region.
Source and screen candidates through
LinkedIn, job portals (CV-Library, Reed, Indeed UK, TotalJobs, etc.), referrals, and social media.
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate
technical fit, communication skills, and availability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets and deliver high-quality profiles within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years
of hands-on experience in
UK IT recruitment
(contract or permanent hiring).
Strong knowledge of
UK work authorizations, hiring practices, and market trends.
Experience using
ATS systems, CRM tools, and professional networking platforms.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Prior experience in
agency or consulting environment
preferred.

Good to Have:

Experience recruiting for roles in
Cloud, Data, DevOps, Software Development, QA, and Infrastructure.
Knowledge of
UK time zones, tax terms (PAYE, Umbrella, Ltd.), and compliance processes.
