Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UK Customer Service Experience Representative based in Thane. The role involves interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve concerns, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The individual will handle customer interactions efficiently, ensure queries are resolved promptly, and build positive rapport with clients to enhance the brand's reputation.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring overall Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Customer Experience delivery, with a focus on creating seamless and positive interactions
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and resolve issues effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proficiency in English, particularly catering to a UK customer base
• Prior experience in a BPO or similar customer service environment is a strong advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional training or certifications in customer service is a plus
