Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (UK Collections, UK Sales, and UK Retention)
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday)

Job Overview:

BrightChamps is hiring experienced and proactive Retention Specialists for our UK & AUS Retention Process. This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity for professionals with at least 3 years of relevant experience in UK Collections, UK Sales, and UK Retention processes. If you excel at customer engagement, objection handling, and target achievement — we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing UK & AUS customers to resolve issues and retain business.
• Handle cancellation requests with effective persuasion and solution-based communication.
• Achieve monthly retention and collection targets.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service.
• Identify customer pain points and recommend suitable solutions or offers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UK Retention, UK Collections, and UK Sales (mandatory).
• Excellent English communication and persuasive skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities.
• Proven record of achieving retention and collection targets.
• Comfortable working from the office during day shift hours (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST).
• Prior experience in EdTech or international BPO will be an added advantage.
