Job Description

Job Title:

Handle inbound/outbound calls for UK-based customers.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining service quality standards.
Adhere to process guidelines, call handling metrics, and SLA requirements.
Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with international customers.

Required Skills:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in International Voice Process / Customer Service.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.

Preferred:

Prior experience in UK process customer service.
Good knowledge of call etiquettes and customer handling.
