Job Title:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls for UK-based customers.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining service quality standards.
  • Adhere to process guidelines, call handling metrics, and SLA requirements.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with international customers.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in International Voice Process / Customer Service.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in UK process customer service.
  • Good knowledge of call etiquettes and customer handling.
