Job Title: UK Admissions Officer
Location: Amritsar, Punjab
Company: Delta Education
Role Type: Individual Contributor
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10 AM to 6 PM

Job Summary:The UK Admissions Officer will oversee day-to-day operations related to student admissions for UK institutions at Delta Education. The role involves timely application processing, document verification, and consistent support to students and agents. This position requires a solid understanding of the UK admissions process, effective communication, and strong operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
Student Application Assessments:

  • Review and assess student applications received from agents through email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Ensure timely and accurate evaluation of applications specific to UK admissions.

Documentation and Verification:

  • Coordinate with agents and sales managers to obtain required documents for each application.
  • Verify the authenticity and completeness of documents before advancing applications to UK institutions.

Customer Support:

  • Respond promptly to queries from students, agents, and other stakeholders via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
  • Resolve issues professionally to maintain service quality and satisfaction.

Portal & Data Management:

  • Use the internal CRM and student application portals efficiently.
  • Keep updated with any new features or process updates within the Delta Education system.
  • Manage and interpret student data accurately to support admissions processing.

Operational Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless UK admissions processing and remove operational roadblocks.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and student experience.

Training & Knowledge Sharing:

  • Support training initiatives for new team members on UK admissions procedures and internal systems.
  • Share updated practices or process changes to ensure uniformity across the team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in UK admissions within an overseas education company or similar environment.
  • UK Expertise: Good understanding of UK application guidelines, timelines, and documentation requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using CRMs, student portals, and basic office productivity tools.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
