Job Title: Accountant & Bookkeeper Experience: 0 to 3 Years Location: Panchkula (On-site) Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days) Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant & Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team, supporting UK-based accounting operations. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in Panchkula, ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in international accounting practices. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, supporting accounts processes, and assisting in regulatory compliance reporting. Key Responsibilities • Daily bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records • Managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) • Proficient use of accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero • Supporting MIS reporting, particularly in relation to cash flow management • Assisting with VAT and CIS compliance, ensuring accurate data handling and reporting • Preparing year-end financial statements and handling taxation requirements Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 0 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles • Familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Xero) is preferred • Strong analytical and fundamental skills • Good communication and time management abilities • Eagerness to learn UK accounting and compliance standards Show more Show less
