UI/UX Trainer

Job description:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Web Design / UI UX Faculty to train students in User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX), and Web Design. The faculty will be responsible for teaching core design principles, industry-standard tools, and best practices, while guiding students through hands-on projects and preparing them for professional careers in UI/UX and web design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach UI/UX fundamentals, design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Deliver training on web design principles, responsive layouts, and front-end basics.
• Provide hands-on training with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related software.
• Teach HTML5, CSS3, and basic web structure concepts.
• Conduct engaging lectures, workshops, and practical lab sessions.
• Guide students in creating real-world UI/UX and web design projects and professional portfolios.
• Evaluate assignments, projects, and assessments; provide constructive feedback.
• Track student progress and support academic improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry practices.
• Assist in academic planning, curriculum execution, and course material preparation.
• Organize and participate in seminars, design workshops, hackathons, and interactive sessions.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in UI/UX Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX or Web Design.
• Strong knowledge of design fundamentals, user-centered design, and usability standards.
• Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
• Good communication, presentation, and student-handling skills.
