UI/UX Team Lead Designer

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Innovate:

  Manage design projects from start to finish, ensuring creativity and consistency at every step.

• Design with Purpose:

  Create user-friendly, accessible, and visually compelling UI/UX designs for web and mobile platforms.

• Deliver Visual Excellence:

  Develop detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design assets such as icons, banners, and logos.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

  Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life with precision and clarity.

• Mentor and Inspire:

  Guide junior designers, foster teamwork, and provide regular feedback to promote professional growth.

• Stay Ahead of Trends:

  Continuously update your knowledge of design tools, techniques, and industry trends to keep our work cutting-edge.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:

  At least 5 years in UI/UX design, including 1–2 years in a team leadership or mentoring role.

• Design Expertise:

  Strong portfolio showcasing experience in website and mobile app UI/UX.

• Tool Proficiency:

  Hands-on experience with tools like

  Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch

  , and familiarity with graphic design basics like

  logo

  banner design

  .

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
