UIUX Lead

As an experienced UX Design Lead joining our team in India, you will be responsible for leading and managing the UX design process. Your main duties will include: - Leading the UX design process for digital products and services, from research to implementation. This involves tasks such as research, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design. - Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure that UX solutions align with business objectives. - Conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to make informed design decisions. - Creating and maintaining UX documentation like user personas, journey maps, sitemaps, flowcharts, wireframes, and prototypes. - Mentoring junior UX designers, offering feedback and guidance to help them grow in their roles. - Clearly communicating design rationale and solutions to teams and stakeholders. - Staying updated on the latest UX trends and technologies to drive innovation. - Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery as per the plan. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of UX design experience with a robust portfolio showcasing your work on complex digital products and services. - Capability to lead UX projects end-to-end, from concept to launch, including planning, resourcing, and delivery. - Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Experience in mentoring and developing other designers. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Proficiency in UX design tools like Figma. - Knowledge of user research methodologies and practical experience in conducting research. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,
