Job Title: UI/UX Developer Intern

Role Overview

Creative and technically inclined UI/UX Developer Intern to join our Bangalore team. The intern will work closely with product, design, and development teams to design intuitive user interfaces and enhance user experience across web platforms.

This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong interest in UI design, UX research, and frontend implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing UI screens, layouts, and components.
• Conduct basic UX research, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Apply UI/UX best practices related to usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Participate in design reviews and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Assist in improving existing user interfaces and user journeys.

Required Skills & Proficiencies

• Understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and usability standards.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (preferred).
• Familiarity with design systems, components, and style guides.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication skills to explain design decisions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to feedback.

Eligibility

• B. Tech (CSE) preferred.
• Students or graduates with a strong interest in UI/UX design and frontend development.
• Candidates must be willing to work from the NATTLABS office in Bangalore throughout the internship.
• A design portfolio (academic, personal, or project-based) is highly preferred.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
