About the Role:
Whispering Homes is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating engaging user experiences, an eye for clean and artful design, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing UI/UX for websites, mobile apps, and web applications.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to create intuitive, user-friendly designs.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Work closely with the development team to ensure implementation aligns with design.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or currently pursuing).
6 months to 1 year of proven UI/UX design experience (internship or full-time).
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
Good to Have:
Experience with motion design or animation tools.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks (like React, Bootstrap).
Knowledge of user-centered design principles.
