Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Deliver industry leading customer experience for Tata Communication digital transformation focused applications.
Collaborate with solution architects, Product Managers, customers, customers success & support teams and product development teams to deliver extraordinary user experience.
Identify gaps or propose enhancements in user interface of existing and planned applications; help define project approach and user experience acceptance strategy.
Propose conceptual design for digital journey of product offering based on customer research and functional requirements.
Define, review and validate/test the user interaction model and workflows.
Review and validate/review wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for new interfaces and features.
Define, review and validate/test UI specifications. Present findings by way of documentation, verbal presentations, and online meetings.

Qualifications and Requirements:

In-depth understanding of user interface design principles, end to end testing and up to date on trends and theory.
Knowledge of network orchestration, subscriber management, buyer seller platform integration.
5-8+ years of experience in UI/UX analysis/E2E testing for sophisticated web applications with at; 3 years in web, mobile, or desktop applications in an enterprise context.
Good knowledge of E2E test planning, effort estimation, metric reporting etc.
Good knowledge of Software development Life cycle principles and SDLC management tools like JIRA, Rally etc
Good knowledge of Agile software development methodology and CI/CD tools.
Should have drive to research, design and collaborative conclusions for enterprise software or applications (mobile a plus).
Deep understanding of digital transformation fundamentals (information architecture, heuristics, E2E test metrics, user research, interaction design, visual design, ease of use)
Broad experience incorporating analytics, user research and other approaches in design decisions.

Education

UG
: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, human computer interaction awareness will be added plus
PG
: in disciplines related Human Computer Interactions/ customer experience via digital channels will be preferred.
