UI/UX Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft engaging, user-friendly interfaces and design experiences that delight our users. You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into beautiful and functional digital products.

Job Details:

• The role is 100% remote.
• It's a part-time contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and validate designs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement and iterate on design solutions.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and improve the user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in UI/UX.
• Prototype dynamic experiences to demonstrate end to end journeys involving Call-To-Actions, drop downs, filters and other UI elements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design process.
• Understanding of responsive design, interaction design principles, and user-centered design.
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through visuals and presentations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with design systems (e.g., Material Design, Apple HIG).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Motion design or animation tools like After Effects or Lottie.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
