The Role:

highly skilled UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities

1. Design System Collaboration

• Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party teams to manage and evolve the design system.
• Design, document, and update functional UI components that ensure

  consistency, accessibility, and scalability

  .
• Ensure the design system remains current as products and client requirements evolve.

2. Prototyping & Interaction Design

• Create

  high-fidelity prototypes

  that articulate user journeys and micro-interactions.
• Rapidly iterate based on feedback and usability insights.

3. Team & Client Collaboration

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and consultants to ensure

  seamless design-to-development alignment

  .
• Communicate effectively across distributed teams and time zones.

4. Tool Mastery

• Expert-level proficiency in

  Figma

  (components, shared libraries, version control, collaboration features).
• Hands-on with design handoff workflows and best practices for remote collaboration.

5. Documentation & Governance

• Own documentation for design components, patterns, and workflows.
• Uphold standards of

  usability, accessibility (WCAG), and brand consistency

  across projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design system contributions, component libraries, and product design work.
• Demonstrated expertise in

  functional design, prototyping, and design documentation

  .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a

  fast-paced consultancy environment
