UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer to become a valued member of our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our design and development teams to craft user-centric designs for both web and mobile applications. This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in a dynamic and forward-thinking setting. As the UI/UX Designer, your responsibilities will include working alongside engineers and product managers to gather user requirements, employing various ideation techniques such as brainstorming to address user needs effectively. You will be tasked with exploring diverse design approaches to tackle specific user challenges and presenting design concepts through sitemaps, storyboards, and process flows. Your role will also involve implementing the latest design trends to ensure that our products align with cutting-edge technology, defining user task flows and interaction models, and creating a cohesive style guide to maintain a consistent design language throughout the product. Additionally, you will conduct user research, develop user personas, perform customer and competitor analyses, and produce prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to illustrate product functionality and layout. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar software, along with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and a basic understanding of front-end development principles. A strong grasp of user experience (UX) design processes and principles, the ability to design user interfaces (UI) for web, mobile, and responsive platforms, excellent communication, and teamwork skills are also essential for this role. Additionally, a portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work is required. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, along with 1-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
