UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help us craft intuitive and engaging user experiences across our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user problems and design solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and product requirements.
• Maintain and enhance design systems and style guides.
• Ensure a consistent user experience across all digital products and platforms.

Requirements

• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
