About the Role:

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
Design engaging, intuitive, and responsive UI for web and mobile apps.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and maintain design systems.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong design portfolio.
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience in motion graphics/animations.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience working in agile teams.
