UI/UX Designer

You are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer who can understand the business requirements and technical limitations. Your role will involve conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. You will design the overall functionality of the product, iterating upon it based on user-testing to ensure a great user experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for intuitive user experiences. - Facilitate the client's product vision through researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing digital product experiences. - Design wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various devices and interfaces. - Identify design problems and create elegant solutions. - Make strategic design and user-experience decisions for core and new functions and features. - Adopt a user-centered design approach, testing and iterating designs rapidly. - Collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas. **Qualifications Required:** - Three or more years of UX design experience, with preference given to those experienced in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. - Proficiency in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, etc. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus. - Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences meeting client needs and vision. - Extensive experience in using UX design best practices, mobile-first and responsive design, user-centered design (UCD), user research, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, etc. - Efficiently iterate designs, communicate design processes and solutions effectively to teams and clients. - Understanding of user-centered design importance, design thinking, and the ability to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete design implications. - Passion for resolving user pain points through great design, open to feedback, and showcasing knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
