UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a user-experience (UX) designer who possesses the ability to comprehend our business requirements and any technical constraints. As a UX designer, you will play a crucial role in conducting user research, interviews, and surveys to translate them effectively into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Your responsibilities will include designing the overall functionality of the product and iterating upon it based on user-testing to ensure an excellent user experience. Ideally, you should have three or more years of UX design experience, with a preference for candidates who have designed complex solutions for complete digital environments. Proficiency in standard UX software tools such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, etc., is essential. Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus. You should be adept at collaborating with clients to understand their specific requirements and crafting complete user experiences that align with their needs and vision. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in utilizing UX design best practices, including user-centered design (UCD), user research, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility considerations. An understanding of mobile-first and responsive design is crucial. You will be expected to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and work effectively in a team setting, synthesizing abstract ideas into tangible design implications. Your responsibilities will involve translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to create intuitive user experiences. You will collaborate with clients to research, conceptualize, sketch, prototype, and user-test experiences for digital products. Additionally, you will design wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various devices and interfaces, identifying design issues and devising elegant solutions. As a UX designer, you will make strategic decisions pertaining to core and new functions and features, taking a user-centered design approach and continuously testing and iterating your designs. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is key, as is the ability to ask insightful questions, take risks, and advocate for new ideas.
