About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Designer (3+years) who can translate ideas into engaging visuals. The role involves working closely with product, marketing, and development teams to create impactful designs across digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world projects with mentorship and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Create designs for websites, mobile applications, marketing materials, and social media campaigns.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or similar.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have (Optional)

• Knowledge of motion graphics/animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for design handoffs.
• Exposure to AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Figma AI) for ideation, prototyping, or workflow automation.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
