Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. You will collaborate closely with product developers, entrepreneurs, and engineers to design intuitive digital experiences and compelling user interfaces.
Responsibilities:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applicationsConduct user research and usability testingDevelop high-fidelity designs and design systemsWork closely with developers to ensure seamless implementationContribute to the design culture within the incubation center
Requirements:
1–3 years of proven experience in UI/UX designStrong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solvingProficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)Knowledge of responsive design principlesExcellent communication and collaboration skills
