We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting intuitive user experiences and visually appealing interfaces across our digital products. You should have a strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive design principles, and the ability to translate requirements into engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers.
Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Create user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve designs.
Ensure consistency in design language, colors, fonts, and elements across all platforms.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design.
1+ year of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
Strong portfolio of design projects (attach or link portfolio).
Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframes, and responsive design.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
