UI/UX Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting intuitive user experiences and visually appealing interfaces across our digital products. You should have a strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive design principles, and the ability to translate requirements into engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Create user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve designs.
• Ensure consistency in design language, colors, fonts, and elements across all platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design.
• 1+ year of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
• Strong portfolio of design projects (attach or link portfolio).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframes, and responsive design.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
