Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design process transforming product and business requirements into intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft visually coherent, functional, and scalable interfaces for both web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate brings a strong design sensibility, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for creating meaningful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth user research to identify user needs, behavioral patterns, and pain points.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate design concepts.
• Design polished, user-friendly, and brand-aligned interfaces across web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless and accurate design implementation.
• Plan and conduct usability testing; evaluate feedback and iterate to enhance user experience.
• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Stay updated on current UI/UX trends, industry best practices, and emerging design tools and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work.
• Design Expertise: Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, layout principles, typography, and human-centered design.
• Accessibility: Good knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design approaches.
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Miro, and Zeplin; familiarity with CAD tools is a plus.
• Prototyping: Ability to create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to justify design decisions confidently.
• Organization: Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
