UI/UX Designer Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft engaging and user-centric designs for our digital platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform user needs and business objectives into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine user experiences.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UI trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong portfolio of design projects (include link if applying).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Familiarity with design systems like Material UI or Tailwind CSS components.
• Experience working in agile/scrum development environments.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
