We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us build intuitive, user-centered designs. Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and business goals. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design solutions. Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Maintain design consistency across products while adhering to brand guidelines. Iterate designs based on feedback and technical constraints. Requirements: 6 months of hands-on experience in UI/UX design (internship, freelance, or full-time). Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first principles. Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively. Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX work. Nice to Have: Knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development basics. Experience with tools like Miro, InVision, or Zeplin. Familiarity with design systems or component libraries.
