Job Description: UI/UX Designer Location: Chennai Experience: 3+ years Work Hours: 9.30 am to6.30pm Join Date: Immediate Joiners & 30 Days of Notice Working Days: 6 Days ( Monday to Saturday ) Key Responsibilities: Design user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing websites and applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to implement design solutions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools like Adobe XD , Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Ensure a seamless user experience through responsive design techniques and user- centered design principles. Conduct usability testing and implement feedback to enhance UI/UX. Maintain consistency in design across different platforms while adhering to branding Guidelines. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, web design best practices, SEO, and Accessibility guidelines. Effectively communicate design ideas and user experience concepts to stakeholders. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced Environment. Required Skills & Qualifications : Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Web Designer, or a similar role, with a Strong portfolio showcasing website/application designs. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wire framing, Prototyping, and responsive design. Knowledge of usability testing tools and methods. Solid understanding of website design best practices, SEO, and accessibility . Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and .NET to effectively collaborate with developers. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Degree or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (preferred). Preferred Skills: Experience with animation and motion design. Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Web flow, or similar. Experience in designing for e-commerce or enterprise websites. Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus.
