What You ll Do

• Integrate GenAI tools to boost creativity and efficiency
• Ensure brand consistency while pushing UX innovation
• Stay current with the latest design tools and trends

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in UI design
• Strong verbal and written communication in

  English

• Problem-solving mindset

  and ability to think through user-centric solutions
• Expertise in

  Adobe XD

  and/or

  Figma

• Proficiency in

  Photoshop, Illustrator,

  and

  Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong documentation skills using

  Microsoft Office

  or

  Google Suite

• Hands-on experience with wireframing, flows, greybox design, and sitemaps
• Familiarity with

  generative AI

  tools for enhancing design workflows

• Experience designing for

  SaaS platforms or enterprise B2B environments

• Understanding of front-end technologies to collaborate better with devs
• Experience in branding, concept creation, and storytelling through design

Within 90 days, you will:

• Lead at least 2 successful client design deliveries
• Streamline communication between design and development
• Demonstrate effective use of AI tools to boost creativity and speed
