Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer with expertise in graphic design and web development. This role requires proficiency in designing YouTube thumbnails, social media assets, lead magnet content, and website UI/UX. The ideal candidate should also be able to convert Figma designs into responsive HTML websites using Bootstrap. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Tasks: YouTube Thumbnails: Create engaging and high-CTR thumbnails for YouTube videos. Multi-Cam Frame Design: Design multi-camera overlay frames for podcast and video content. Single-Cam Frame Design: Develop professional single-camera frames for solo recordings. Cover Art: Design podcast and digital media cover art that aligns with branding. Social Clip Thumbnail: Create attention-grabbing thumbnails for short social media videos. Quote Post Thumbnail: Develop visually compelling quote post graphics for social media. Banner (Lead Magnet): Design lead magnet banners for landing pages, ads, and campaigns. Content (Lead Magnet - PDF): Create well-structured PDFs for downloadable lead magnets and eBooks. Web Design & Development Tasks: Convert Figma Designs to HTML : Develop responsive and pixel-perfect web pages from Figma mockups. Bootstrap Framework : Utilize Bootstrap to ensure mobile-friendly and cross-browser compatibility. CSS & Front-End Development: Implement HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (basic level) to build interactive UI/UX. Optimize Web Performance: Ensure fast loading, smooth responsiveness, and SEO-friendly design. Required Skills & Qualifications Design Proficiency: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent tools. Bootstrap & Web Development: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and Figma-to-HTML conversion . Understanding of UI/UX Design Principles: Ability to create user-friendly, responsive website layouts. Social Media & YouTube Trends: Knowledge of thumbnail optimization and video framing best practices. Time Management & Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple design requests on a deadline . Creative & Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to align with brand identity. English communication is MUST!!! Willing to work during Night shifts (INDIA)
