Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Specialist with at least 4 years of experience in selling high-ticket funnels, podcast production and marketing projects, and digital sales to US customers. This is a night shift role (India time) to ensure optimal overlap with US customers for effective communication and deal closures. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, a proven track record of closing deals, and expertise in consultative selling. Experience in the podcast and video industry is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients interested in high-ticket digital marketing services. Develop and execute sales strategies to close deals with US-based customers. Work on B2B and B2C sales in digital marketing services, including funnels, paid advertising, and lead generation. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Client Communication & Relationship Building: Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product demos to understand client pain points and offer solutions. Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and project teams to align client expectations. Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports on progress. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital marketing and sales. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in high-ticket sales, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or lead generation services. Strong experience in selling to US customers, with a preference for candidates familiar with night shifts (India time). Excellent communication skills must be fluent in spoken and written English. Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation software, and funnel strategies. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including paid ads, SEO, lead generation, and sales funnels. Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in lead generation. Understanding of the podcast and video industry is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in selling digital marketing solutions, paid advertising, and high-ticket funnels. Experience working with agencies or B2B SaaS platforms. Understanding of high-converting sales strategies for the US market. Knowledge of the podcast, video production, and content marketing industry is an advantage. Shift Timing: Night Shift 06:30pm IST to 3:30am IST (India Time) to ensure sufficient overlap with US customers.
