As a UI/UX Designer in Pune, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and user-centric experiences across SaaS platforms, mobile apps, and websites. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting user research and analysis to understand user needs and behaviors. - Developing user personas, user flows, and information architecture. - Creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design concepts. - Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to iterate and improve designs. - Ensuring consistency and coherence across all user touchpoints. - Designing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for various platforms. - Creating high-fidelity mockups and design specifications using Figma. - Developing and maintaining design systems and style guides. - Ensuring designs are responsive and accessible across different devices and platforms. - Collaborating with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. - Creating engaging animations and micro-interactions to enhance user experience. - Implementing parallax effects and other advanced animation techniques. - Utilizing motion design principles to create smooth and intuitive transitions. - Prototyping and testing animations to meet user expectations. - Presenting design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders. - Providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve design quality. - Participating in design reviews and contributing to design discussions. - Staying up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies. - Continuously improving design skills and knowledge through research and experimentation. - Sharing knowledge and best practices with the team. Required Skills And Expertise: - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - Experience with usability testing and user research. - Ability to design for various platforms. - Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices. - Expert proficiency in Figma. - Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques, including parallax effects. - Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Attention to detail and a passion for design. - A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and experience.
