Job Description

Key Responsibilities: UI/UX Design Responsibilities: Conduct user research to understand customer needs and behaviours. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency. Conduct usability testing and iterate on feedback to improve the user experience. Ensure accessibility (WCAG, ADA compliance) and cross-platform compatibility. Requirements: ✅ Technical Skills: 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design & front-end development. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch or Photoshop for designing wireframes & prototypes. Understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular). (Preferred) Experience with CSS frameworks like CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI. (Preferred) Experience with Git version control and frontend build tools (Vite, Webpack, or Gulp). (Preferred) ✅ Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to developers and stakeholders. Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment. ✅ Nice to Have Skills: Convert UI designs into responsive and interactive web applications. Develop UI components using HTML, CSS (Bootstrap), JavaScript, and React/Vue.js. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize performance for fast loading speeds.
