Job Description

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with 5-9 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify needs.
Analyze data to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups for desktop and mobile applications.
Develop visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of designs.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, user flows, and case studies.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Expertise in HTML/CSS and ability to translate designs into responsive layouts.
Familiarity with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
