As a Senior UI/UX Designer for SaaS products with 35 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in leading the design process for web and mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design process for SaaS-based web and mobile applications from concept to final UI. - Creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. - Collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams to align UX with business needs. - Conducting user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions. - Building and managing design systems to ensure UI consistency across projects. - Ensuring smooth handoff to developers and supporting during implementation. - Working on multiple projects in HealthTech, EdTech, FinTech, and other verticals. Qualifications required for this role include: - 35 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically for SaaS or B2B platforms. - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. - Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and responsive design. - Ability to independently handle projects with minimal supervision. - Solid portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design (wireframes to final UI). - Good communication and presentation skills to explain design rationale. - Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms.
