UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to design intuitive user interfaces and enhance the overall user experience across web and mobile platforms. Your role will involve transforming complex ideas into easy-to-navigate designs while ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts and interactions.
• UI Design: Design clean, modern, and visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines and user expectations.
• UX Strategy: Focus on improving overall user experience by simplifying complex workflows, increasing usability, and ensuring seamless interaction design.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and assist with implementation.
• Feedback & Iteration: Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to refine designs and iterate to improve functionality and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Skills: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify user issues and propose effective solutions through design.

Nice to Have

• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with design systems and design handoff tools like Zeplin or InVision.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices in design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,746.17 - ₹30,171.97 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
