About the Role:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can combine strong UX research skills with exceptional

UI design capabilities to craft intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing product experiences.

This role is focused on working on our core product, ensuring usability and design excellence across

all features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for our product: user research, wireframing,

prototyping, and final UI design.

• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitor analysis to drive design

decisions.

• Build and maintain design systems, ensuring visual consistency across all interfaces.

• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver pixel-perfect designs aligned

with business goals.

• Stay updated with UX best practices, accessibility standards, and emerging design

trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing

UX research work and polished UI designs.

• Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma and experience in creating and managing design

systems.

• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and UX research

methods.

• Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive designs.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Experience designing SaaS or complex digital products.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
