Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for web and mobile applications, from research to final implementation.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs for both web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are properly translated into functional products.
• Conduct user research, gather insights, and implement them into design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Design and conduct usability tests, iterate based on feedback to improve the overall user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technology to keep designs fresh and innovative.
• Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure designs meet business goals and user needs.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across web and mobile apps.
• Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and usability best practices.
• Ability to transform complex user requirements into simple, intuitive design solutions.
• Experience in responsive design and understanding of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers.
• Knowledge of user research techniques (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability testing).
• Excellent communication skills to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design or animation in user interfaces.
• Familiarity with front-end development frameworks like React.js or React Native.
• Experience with design systems and ensuring consistency across multiple platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices.
• Exposure to agile methodologies or working in an agile environment.
