Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate UI/UX Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions for students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI/UX principles, design tools, prototyping, and usability testing, along with the ability to mentor learners and guide them towards becoming industry-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on UI/UX Design fundamentals, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design thinking.
• Train students on industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools.
• Guide learners in creating portfolio-ready UI/UX projects.
• Design course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and hands-on projects.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), accessibility standards, and design systems.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators to improve training quality and curriculum delivery.
• Mentor students for industry placements and certifications.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles, user research methods, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design software.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (added advantage).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain design concepts in a clear, practical, and engaging manner.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• Industry experience in UI/UX design (minimum 2 years).
• Prior teaching/training experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Certifications in UI/UX design will be an added advantage.
