Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: Bangalore Experience Required: 4+ Years Department: Product / Design Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 4 years of experience to join our dynamic product team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of designing seamless, engaging, and intuitive web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma , Sketch , or Adobe XD . Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into iterative design solutions. Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible across different devices and screen sizes. Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, HCI, or a related field. 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design Proficiency in Figma , Adobe XD , Sketch , Illustrator , or other design tools. Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills across web and mobile platforms. Deep understanding of responsive design , design systems , and user-centered design principles . Experience working in agile product development environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in designing SaaS or enterprise-level applications Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus Experience with motion design or micro-interactions is a bonus.
