Key Responsibilities

• Design

  delightful, responsive, and intuitive interfaces

  across web and mobile platforms.
• Create high-fidelity

  UI mockups, interactive prototypes

• Design assets for marketing such as

  flyers, brochures, banners

  , and social media graphics with high visual impact.
• Translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-friendly experiences through wireframes, flows, and visuals.
• Build and maintain

  design libraries

  , reusable components, and UI/UX standards for consistency across products.
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate to improve usability and engagement.
• Own the design lifecycle: from ideation and wireframes to final visuals and delivery to development.
• Design clean and functional dashboards for internal and customer-facing tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and leadership to ensure alignment and pixel-perfect execution.
• Solve UX challenges related to responsiveness, accessibility, and user behavior with smart, scalable solutions.
• Stay ahead of design trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging tools or workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for digital products, SaaS platforms, or consumer apps.
• Mastery in

  Figma

  ,

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong command of

  visual hierarchy, typography, color theory

  , spacing, and layout principles.
• Solid understanding of

  design systems

  , grid-based layouts, and responsive design methodologies.
• Experience creating UI elements (e.g., inputs, buttons, navigational menus, modals, tooltips).
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver designs that balance user needs and business goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to clearly articulate design thinking and rationale.
• Attention to detail with a mindset for

• Animation or motion design skills (Lottie, After Effects).
• Understanding of front-end dev handoff, basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
