About the Role

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

Understand user needs through
research
,
user interviews
,
personas
, and
journey mapping
.
Translate requirements into
wireframes
,
mockups
,
prototypes
, and
high-fidelity UI designs
.
Create and maintain
design systems
,
style guides
, and
UI components
.
Conduct
usability testing
and iterate based on feedback.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
Stay updated with
UI/UX trends
, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
25 years of experience as a
UI/UX Designer
,
Product Designer
, or similar role.
Proficiency in tools such as
Figma
,
Sketch
,
Adobe XD
,
Adobe Creative Suite
, or similar.
Strong understanding of
user-centered design principles
,
responsive design
, and
interaction design
.
Ability to create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Portfolio showcasing past UI/UX projects.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Experience with
HTML/CSS/JavaScript
(not required, but a plus).
Experience working in
Agile/Scrum
environments.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience designing for both
iOS and Android
platforms.
