Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to product design, including research, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and usability testing.

• Enhance existing products by identifying usability and scalability improvements that drive business impact.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to align design decisions with business goals and user needs.
• Maintain and refine design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design best practices.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, agile environment while managing multiple priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 2-3 years in UI/UX design, preferably in a product-based company or startup. We can also pick good candidates from service industry.

Educational Background: A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related creative field is a plus.

Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, information architecture, and usability principles.

Prototyping & Wireframing: Ability to create and iterate on prototypes and wireframes.

Visual & Interaction Design: Solid grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Design Systems: Experience working with and contributing to design systems.

Collaboration & Communication: Ability to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.

Agility & Adaptability: Comfortable working in an evolving and fast-paced environment.

Accessibility: Familiarity with WCAG guidelines and inclusive design principles.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SaaS products, marketplaces, or enterprise applications. Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate with engineers.

Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design case studies with business impact.

Ability to conduct user research and usability testing independently.
