• Designing clean, intuitive interfaces for SaaS apps, web apps, WordPress plugins, and admin dashboards
• Working closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
• Creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to explain design ideas clearly
• Building and maintaining design systems to keep our products consistent and scalable
• Partnering with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Running user research and usability tests, and improving designs based on real feedback
• Designing core product areas like dashboards, settings, and reports
• Staying curious and up to date with UI/UX trends and best practices

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally on SaaS or complex web products
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Figma

  (Sketch and Adobe tools are a bonus)
• A good understanding of usability, interaction design, and product thinking
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes
• Awareness of accessibility and inclusive design principles
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to work smoothly with developers
• Comfort designing dashboards and data-heavy interfaces
• Experience with user research and usability testing

• Figma for design, prototyping, and design systems
• Adobe Creative Suite for visuals and assets
• UserTesting and Maze for research and usability testing

• Experience designing SaaS products with complex workflows
• Experience with WordPress plugin or admin UI design
• Exposure to dashboards, admin panels, or reporting tools
• Basic front-end development knowledge
• Understanding of data visualization

• Think creatively while staying practical and user-focused
• Use data and feedback to guide your design decisions
• Proactively spot user pain points and enjoy solving them

• Designing clear and user-friendly interfaces feels difficult
