Job Description

We are looking for a skilled UX designer with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing complex solutions for complete digital environments and be able to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes leading to intuitive user experiences.

Job Requirements

Expertise in standard UX software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, etc.
Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
